Hi Saleh,
As I know it, astral projection has about the same degree of danger as usual sleeping.
The only difference between the two is that, in case with astral projection, person falls asleep consciously, with the mind focused and concentrated and enters the 5th dimension. Is it dangerous to focus the mind?
I don't think so.
Astral projection is safe and fun!
It is all taught in much more details during the coming course in Dreams and OBEs. Fear is very normal in the beginning of astral practices and is very understandable; the techniques taught in the courses teach how to deal with it and with other obstacles.

Astral Projection isn't normally dangerous at all. The main danger is fear itself, which I suppose could be dangerous if you are returning to a body with a weak heart, but it's no more dangerous than a normal nightmare. There are 2 main fears, one, not returning to your physical body, the other, the fear of evil demons/entities. You can always return to your physical body, some people have conciously travelled and returned 100s of times. Evil entities can tease, but are unable harm you. For some reason, astral projection and ghost/spirits have never given me any fear, I know this is unusual.
