Melbourne Centre Walkthrough

Hello!

This is my first blog entry, and a good opportunity to share some photos of our centre here in Melbourne.

In the past, we have held classes at various locations, from halls and community centres, to houses and commercial office space. In its current incarnation, our centre is located in inner Melbourne, just north of the city.

We hold classes on most days of the week including lectures, discussions and various practices. On top of this, we often hold social nights at the centre, offering all of us a chance to enjoy each others company and share a meal, video or even spiritual trivia (which was great fun…). Our introductory classes are run at another venue in Prahran.

Now we move to the café area (which was seen in the top right of the last picture). Here there is always tea and cake, and often a meal to be shared.


Moving through the hallway on the left of the above picture. The kitchen and bathroom extend through the door to the left and the office to the right down a short hall section. Notice the reflection of Dave, our expert photographer, in the picture at the back.

It is really wonderful to have a place where we can meet up, practice and discuss. We have a beautiful, supportive group of people who really make it a special place.

We would also like to extend an invitation to anyone doing the courses who happens to live in or visit Melbourne to drop in for a class and a cup of tea.
