HiIve red about Kundalini Yoga and I think it sounds interesting, much more than "ordinary" Yoga. Im wondering if someone has experienced if its good in some way, in order to help in projecting or if its good for youre chacras? Ive also red somewhere that it could be dangerous to do it by youreself, how come? If so is it safe to learn it in a course and then practise at home? Someone knows more about it and maybe recommends it?

Hi Nermal,

In the left-side menu you can see Asanas, I guess, they will be part of the courses soon, they belong to Yoga.

However they won't rise Kundalini, Alchemy is needed for it, and it is explained in the Gnostic Wisdom course.

I can recommend to wait for Asanas. It will be safe to do them then and beneficial for spiritual as well as for physical.

Good luck!

Hello Nermal,

All i've heard about Kundalini Yoga is that some schools do start to work with their sexual energies in some ways. Although most of it probably won't do anything, I would highly recommend that you do the Gnostic Wisdom course before you start trying any sort of Kundalini Yoga. Also, i've heard it can be quite dangerous to start messing around with the sexual energies without proper guidance.

Certain topics given on the Gnostic Wisdom course go into great depth in explaining the process of Alchemy which is said to be the authentic work with the Kundalini Fire.

As Vadim mentioned, the Asanas are very good and are definately worthwhile.

Kind Regards,

Dave.

I believe the most that they yoga may do is help to balance the centres, also, it isnt recommended to do other practices while practicing the course material, so if you do try the yoga, i'd say it would be good to stop once the new courses start up

all the best

Samael was known to practice different forms of Yoga. In one of his books, even though he said Hatha Yoga was black magic, he practiced himself the Jnana Yoga. As far as I know, Yoga is far from evil and a good thing for a lot of people. They even teach Asanas here...

Generally what is called yoga today is useless, in an esoteric sense. This is because they no longer teach the necessary things which will allow people to awaken. Though some of them may have physical benefits, spiritually they can be misleading.

Actually, you can find some sites that are very spiritual. I do not know if they are correct or not, but you can find much about Kundalini Yoga and Jnana Yoga at a site which I cannot name. They even speak of the Atman, the name Samael sometimes referred to as the Being.

Hey Tyler,

Yes, there is lots of information every where on different issues and topics that reffer to spiritual themes. The problem lies with knowing what is real and what is not. Information from certain sources maybe unreliable or psuedo esoteric, meaning they may give some information and not teach everything fully or correctly. Humanity is in a deep sleep, we have many theories here and there, we have to look to the results of our efforts.

I have the found that all the techniques here have worked and I haven't even used them to my full potential. If you have found the same thing here, I would stick with that. = )

all the best Tyler,

Ruben
