Hi Aaron,
Are you signed up for one of the courses here? I think you need to be in order to make a 'My Gnostic Page'.

I sort of awkwardly created by profile. But......hmmm......I guess the form is basically good. I'm sure I have a lot of learn too. I'm going to personally get with an administrator before October 22nd (when the course starts) to find out if I've leaving out any steps.
