More Hikes
The past two weekends we have had the chance to go for a walk and a hike. It is interesting to compare the two because the first one was in a park in the city, and then this past weekend, it was about an hour and half out of the city in the country. Although the one in the city was and looked nice, it just didn't feel as strengthening or peaceful as the one yesterday in the country.
We also looked into a few things while on these walks. In the first one, we were attempting to discover how to practise the exercise of Awareness no matter what we did, be it walking, feeding the squirrels, eating lunch, playing hacky-sack, etc. On the second one, we were investigating how to practise while hiking in more difficult conditions, watching our steps carefully, taking pictures, eating lunch again, and so on. Both turned out pretty well, considering the overall aim of discovering how to find peace within - no matter what situations or surroundings we find ourselves in.
Below are two weeks' worth of pictures...

I like to feed squirrels
I like to feed squirrels too, it feels so great to do it! I find this sense of unity with nature to be closely linked with the sense of awareness.
Thanks for your updates, Jordan.
As usual, the pictures are very nice and inspiring... just to leave all the busy life for a while and go for awareness walk in the nature!
