I was wondering, if you work with the century plant every day, is it still necassary to do the circle of protection before going to sleep (and vice versa)? Or is it better to do both of them? |

According to my own experience the ritual of the century plant should be sufficient. The most important thing is to be focussed and aware while doing the ritual (or the circle) and to do it with strength; this greatly determines the effectiveness.

Hi Sophia
I personally do both, to have the protection during the day and a "more secure" feeling when i got to bed and try an exercise.
Good luck

Hi Sophia,
I do both as well, although I don't know that it is necessary to draw a circle of protection if you have already done the century plant ritual. If you are only going to do one and you know the century plant ritual, then I would imagine that is the best of the two though.
Despite having done the century plant ritual, at the start of any practise I also sing Bellilin before I draw my circle of protection and it is just a routine I am now used to.
Strength to everyone!

Hey Sophia,
Same as Amy, I do both as well. The recitations are an automatic for me now and I know they work.
Much strength,
