The astral is an amazing world. With this course, learn not only about where the astral is, what it is like and what you can do there, but about how you can gain your own experiences of it and make it a part of your life.

This course is designed so that each person can work towards their own out-of-body experiences through the 8 weeks of exercises and lectures, and have these experiences on a regular basis through learning about the fundamentals of astral travel and practicing exercises that deal with common problems.

Throughout the course, learn powerful yet simple techniques to explore this dimension consciously, through astral projection and waking up in dreams.

Learn about dreams, what they mean and why we have them, but also how to increase their lucidity and remember them.

Join with other students on the weekly forums to share experiences, difficulties and ways to overcome them. Have your questions answered by qualified teachers and in this way learn to investigate further into the astral and the spiritual side of life.

At the end of the course, all the students from around the world both online and in Gnosticweb centres, try to project to the same location in the astral, to meet and verify their experience.
