Go beyond your dreams and even beyond your own body, on a journey that will change your perspective on life. Learn about OBEs and how to have them, and unlock the mysteries of dreaming.

The astral is an amazing world. With this course, learn not only about where the astral is, what it is like and what you can do there, but about how you can gain your own experiences of it and make it a part of your life.

This course is designed so that each person can work towards their own out-of-body experiences through the 8 weeks of exercises and lectures, and have these experiences on a regular basis through learning about the fundamentals of astral travel and practicing exercises that deal with common problems.

Throughout the course, learn powerful yet simple techniques to explore this dimension consciously, through astral projection and waking up in dreams.

Learn about dreams, what they mean and why we have them, but also how to increase their lucidity and remember them.

Join with other students on the weekly forums to share experiences, difficulties and ways to overcome them. Have your questions answered by qualified teachers and in this way learn to investigate further into the astral and the spiritual side of life.

At the end of the course, all the students from around the world both online and in The Gnostic Movement® centres, try to project to the same location in the astral, to meet and verify their experience.

Over the 9 weeks you can learn how to:

• concentrate and be aware
• wake up in dreams
• project into the astral
• remember your dreams and interpret dream symbols
• travel in the astral and explore mystical places
• understand common obstacles when trying to project
  and how to overcome them
• protect yourself from negative influences and entities

The astral plane is not just a destination, but a whole other dimension of life, which we can use to gain true knowledge about ourselves, our purpose and about the world and beyond. The Introduction to Gnosis and Advanced Practice Group courses provide further information and techniques to better understand and make use of this incredible living resource.
