Drop-in Meditation Classes - 11:00am Sundays
Classes in March of the 8-week course in Meditation. If you haven't attended any of the classes before please feel free to come along. These are drop-in classes and will continue every Sunday at the same place and time until Sunday 4 May 2008. The course will commence again Sun 18 May 08. Power of Mantras Workshop In this lively and interactive one hour workshop we will explain about the effect that sound can have upon us and how the right kinds of sounds can actually be beneficial for our spiritual development. As a group we will together chant 4 different mantras in the hour. This workshop is open to any member of the public to attend. Some light refreshments will be available on the day. |

Self-discovery Course, Week 1 of 8 weeks The classes for this course will continue on every Sunday but you will have to join by week 3 (1 June) to be able to participate in the course. You may like to come for the Meditation class at 11am and then have a bite to eat and a chat with fellow students and teachers in the cafe before then taking your Self-discovery class.
