Join us for an inspiring 3 hours nature walk in Seich-Sou park (Kedrinos Lofos). Apart from relaxing and enjoying the nature scenery, we'll have the opportunity to get acquainted with the techniques of awareness and practice, as we walk through the park. These techniques enable us to experience the peace and tranquility of being in the present moment, simply by using wittingly our senses. Please contact us for more details.
